Planogram (POG)

A planogram is a visual (graphical) representation of how the shelf space will be allocated to products. Typically, planograms are created for all the products in a category or department. A facing defines the number of identical products (or same SKUs) on a shelf turned out toward the customer. Planograms specify the number of locations and placement of product on the shelf.
